# Value First

> Keynote speaker and workshop facilitator on AI leadership and agentic software development. Builds AI agent systems in-house and has spent twenty years in software delivery and organizational redesign — the same redesign, seen from the top and from the inside.

Value First is based in Belgium. It holds the highest international training and coaching credentials in the agile space: Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Scrum Alliance. Conference speaker since 2015, ten years on European and US conference stages, including Agile2025 Denver and the Dutch AI Conference.
